Daniel August is a Belfast based Hip-Hop/R&B and Modern Dancehall artist. Born in Spanish Town, Jamaica, and later settling in Belfast. His Caribbean roots heavily influences his music, in his cadences, flows, pronunciations and rhythm.
Daniel doesn't like barriers, Constantly pushing boundaries and blending the genres he knows best. His unorthodox approach towards music recording, production, mixing and mastering is what contributes to his unique sound.
Daniel’s performing experience ranges from various cultural festivals in Belfast and Europe, to professional theater performances across the country.
After releasing his successful 2019 single which sat in the UK R&B Playlist for 8 months, Daniel is gearing up to drop a string of releases in 2020.
